1. Payment

You can pay for any product in a convenient currency using any bank card via Stripe and/or PayPal directly on our website.

2. Return Guarantee

Courses with immediate access:Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, even if the Customer has not yet accessed the course content on the platform.

Courses with a specific start date (e.g., English For Work: Starter course):
Refunds may be requested after the first lesson only.

Digital resources (non-refundable):
Digital resources such as the English For Tech Textbook, Grammar Phrasebook, and the Interactive Workbook: So, Tell Us About Yourself are non-refundable.

3. Return Conditions

To request a refund, the Customer must send an e-mail to info@english4it.online containing the following information:
• Customer’s full name;
• E-mail address used for the personal account and/or webinar service;
• Method, date, and amount of payment for Services;
• Bank details of the card from which the payment was made;
• Reasons why the Customer believes the Services were inadequate.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data specified in the refund request.

The Contractor shall return the paid funds within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. Refunds are made to the card from which the payment was made, after deducting the cost of the first lesson, the cost of any trial lesson, and the payment system’s commission.

If the refund request does not contain the information specified in clause 5.10, or contains false information, the Contractor has the right to refuse the Customer a refund.
